Courage to Stand Camporee theme song contest winner

The winning entry for the camporee theme song contest is "Entry 1." The entry, actually titled "Courage to Stand" is written by Emily Beth Bond. Sounds familiar? You may remember seeing/hearing her at the 2004 Faith on Fire Camporee, in which her family and the Brueske family wrote that camporee's theme song.

I heard some of the other contestants songs must have been really hard to choose a winner

I heard the song before i went to the camporee, I thought it was good and emily did a great job. but it was really a solo song. The verses were too wordy- for groups of people to sing together. you can't understand what their saying when that many words run together. And it was harder to memorize. but again I really enjoyed it
