US News & World Report: "Live like a Seventh-day Adventist" if you want to live to 100

The influential American newsmagazine, US News & World Report, has an article titled, "10 Health Habits That Will Help You Live to 100." The list includes 10 habits that will help you reach your true potential life span. Some of the suggestions include the following:

1. Don't retire
2. Floss everyday
3. Exercise
4. Eat fiber-rich cereal for breakfast
5. Get at least 6 hours of sleep
6. Eat whole foods, not supplements
7. Worry less
8. Live like a Seventh-day Adventist
9. Follow a routine
10. Hang out with friends

Amen, our God is a wise god giving us such an good guide how we can take care of ourselves. Blessed is who is paying attention to those things god recommends us to do. It is amazing to see that the world also realizes this hoping a lot of people will do so further. Blessed be the Lord!
